Can anyone advice me what to do? I am living in Canada, and want to sponsor my husband from back home. I filled all his application forms and had all his original documents and mailed them to the wrong address, which is:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4
While I should have sent them to:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6
I have the tracking number of my package, and it is delivered in the below address:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4
So, I am extremely worried, because I don't have his original documents with me. But I have the copy of all his application forms, and the copy of his documents. I don't know what to do. I asked the Immigration office they give me three options: to wait, they might either send them back to me don't know when, they might transfer it to the right address, or I should resend the applications again.
I don't have any original documents, but I have their copies, and the copy of his applications. What should I do now? I am really devastated and don't know what to do? Has anyone been in my situation please advise me what to do.

I think I would just wait. I'm pretty sure that's it's the same building, even if they do have different post office addresses. I think they may just transfer your application to the proper people rather than sent it back. At the very worst, it's only about a four week delay, which is a short part of the whole process. I think that sending a duplicate application will confuse them.

Thank you so much for your advice dear. Are you 100% sure that they are both in the same building? Yea, it is really tough to go through this time. So if there is any chances of not transferring my documents. Should I refill my applications and send them back to my husband to resign them again, and plus I don't have his original documents, and I have all my pictures and other proofs? Thank you so much it is really nice somebody giving advice.

Canadians are responsible. They will trasfer your application to right office, it is simple courtesy. They know your application contains valuable documents and so they will take proper care of it. You wait.

However if they return you application, then re-send it to 2 Robert Speck Parkway address if you use private courier or Xpresspost.

Thank you so much. Yea, I think the same, but still I am worried. I sent my application package by express last time as well.

But I have another concern, Is your husband living outside Canada ? Then you have to fill up forms like (for you) 1344, 5481, 5540, 5476 and for your husband 0008, 5669, 5406, 5490, 5476 and send those to 2 Robert Speck Parkway address if you send it by Xpresspost or any privete courier.

Yea, I have sent all these forms: applications that I had to fill and sign:1344, 5481, 5476, 5401,5409, and the applications that my husband had to fill and sign were also completed:0008,5669, 5490,5406,and 5476. Yea I sent them by Xpress so the only thing that makes me worried is if they transfer my documents to right address. Thank you so much for your advices; it means a lot.

No, I am not sure they are in the same building, but I think they are nearby if not in the same building. I'm quite sure that they send material back and forth all the time. I really wouldn't worry. Sending another copy with some originals missing will not be a good idea, in my opinion.

ya i think you are right. I called the immigration office yesterday they told me that they might either transfer my documents to the right place or maybe at the worst they might send back my documents. They also told me to call them back in a few weeks and ask them, by that time they might have my name entered in their system, so for now all I can do is to wait. Thanks anyways it means a lot sharing your ideas here. It really led me what to do.

i am so tired of everything. Whenever I call to the immigration Canada the agents do not say everything. I called them again, they told me the station B( those currently living in Canada) it will take them 8 months to open my application and respond to my application. Therefore, they told me to withdraw the application that I sent to the wrong address and they won't send back my documents or transfer to the right address. I will have to fill out the applications all again. I hope everything goes well.

Well I think they're supposed to send back your documents if its incomplete, or sent wrong address. That would suck if they didnt because all your proofs are in there.
