Hey!

I am planning to apply for Express Entry FSWP, from India. The draws are too slow recently can I apply for study visa in Canada? Some of the agents stated that my study visa might get rejected as they might think my main intentions were to get a PR. Do we get a chance to tell them that we are doing it so that my college fees would be lesser and not as a international student or both are different?

You can apply for a study permit and may get accepted depending on your profile. You don’t pay domestic fees just because you have a profile. You pay international fees until you are a PR.

Hey! thanks for being prompt, What sort of profile are we talking about?

I'm a Bachelors in commerce, and LLB degree holder from India, With 3 years of work experience for new rs.
Well if you have those degrees, then you need a program that shows career progression in your home country. You need to show funds and pay first year tuition. You need strong ties to your home country.
