I am on Work Permit and want to Sponsor Wife

Hi,

I am on PG Work permit after having completed 3 year international student diploma, and will be becoming eligible for PR in December as my NOC B work experience will be completed 1 year. I am also getting married in December 2016 and want to know what is the best and fastest way to sponsor my wife to come and live with me in Canada.

All information I found is for PR people sponsoring wife, But I do not have PR and only work permit currently.

1) My question is that before I apply for PR, will I be able to call her on visit visa and then while she is here apply for PR? similar to inland sponsorship?

2) Or can I apply for PR for both of us and while application is in process for both of us PR, call her on visit visa and apply renewal visit visa after it expires?

3) When I apply my PR should i apply for her as spouse or Dependant?

If you apply for PR before you get married, but get married before you actually become a PR, you must add your wife to the application. If you become a PR first, then get married, you can sponsor your wife.
