I am interested in relocating my family to canada, gotten my ECA report, and my IELTS results are as follows; reading 7.5; speaking 7.5, listening 7.5 and writing 6.5, i have sufficient funds to support my family, i have a close friend in manitoba and a sister in law in Calgary, what is the best route to go about it?

Your question is kind of tricky. It is either go with your friend or with your sister in law. Either way it is in your best interest not to mention you know someone outside the province you are applying to lest your application would be rejected.

I would suggest you stick to your strongest tie of the two. I would also advise you have your wife write IELTS and have her ECA done. It may come in handy.
Am guessing you are Nigerian, there is another thread for naija applicants, you can ask your question there too for further clarification

The two options you have is either apply to AINP which your sister inlaw will support your application or MPNP and your friend will support your application. Please look for the other naija thread and ask your questions for further clarification and guidance.
