When I crossed the US border was on 1999, I was very young and I didnt know how terrible is to cross ilegally, and what I said, I didnt lied on my work application to Canada, I have been banned to Canada because I didnt wait two years to re-apply after my first refuse. I already told you, I explained all of this on my work application.

Even without lying on a Canadian application, your US immigration history still means that chances are extremely slim you'll ever be approved for a temporary visa to Canada. Again, you can be sponsored by a Canadian spouse - but will have to wait until you qualify for rehabilitation in 2019 before you can apply. Similarly, you can also apply to immigrate through an economic stream (e.g. as a skilled worker) - but once again will have to wait until 2019 before you send in your application so that you can apply for rehabilitation as well.

FYI: There is no requirement to wait two years before reapplying after a refused work permit. Many people reapply immediately. So there must have been some other reason why you were given the 2 year ban. I would recommend you take another look at the refusal letter for your first work permit.

Last question! If I apply for rehabilitación, and I get approved, you dont see many oportunities to get a work Permit? I am saying un 5 or 6 more years and having an LMIA and a contract on my hands

I think the chances of a work permit approval are unfortunately quite low. But you can certainly try...

Do you see more chances when my child gets 21 and apply for pardon and after for PR to USA? he borned there, he is 11 years old now, 10 more years to USA, and 4 to rehabilitation plus the process, its going to take over than 5 years to Canada.

You will need to ask this question on a US immigration forum.
