Thanks for replying. I need to clarify the following:-

Question no. 1 - health coverage. I can buy a medical coverage from private insurance in canada?

Question no. 2 - super pass visa. Am eligible to apply for my mom without becoming a PR first?

As for question no. 4.... i meant if i want to apply for multiple entry visa. however, i got this part sorted out.
We are intending to enroll our daughter for her 1st grade next year. Waiting for 23 months (outside cananda) is too long. i've checked the website it stated inland application is 8 months, it that correct?
