Hi every one. If some one can help me.
I am a cec july 2013 app medical and rprf done in march 2014. I a waiting for passport request my Bowp ends march 2015. my spouse who is also secondry applicant under my file has a work permit under his refugee file his work permit ends feb 2015. I am going to apply for bowp in jan 2015. Can I apply his work permit under me because it is expiring. Please help..!

This is a slightly different case. Typically, only spouses who are already in Canada are granted the spousal Open work permit based on PA's BOWP. Since she is not in Canada, it will be very difficult to get. Your other option is applying for a visitor visa (even that is difficult, since the VO needs to be satisfied that one will leave the country after the visa expires).

Just want to know any specific reason for this delay (see Blue text) . You crossed almost 1.5 Year without RPRF

My rprf and medical was done march 2014 not march 2013 this is 9th month......I guess you did not read properly.Gcsm notes have all positive comments I am not sure why they are delaying..I hope I get PPR before medical expires.
