I am in a very tough situation.I need advice from everybody

Thank u friends,

Most of u have suggested me to retake IELTS and submit my scores.

While meeting the 120 day deadline, shall I send my declared results or I should retake it on 17 July and then send my new results to the visa office.

In other words.

I should only send new results to the visa office or I should send my existing IElTS score and then the new score .

I am only expecting 14 out of 16 in the IELTS exam.Having said that my total points would be 65.But if the visa officer doesn't review my file for say another 20 days after the submission of my documents than I should be able to send my MBA transcripts,which will fetch me 5 more points and my total would be 70 ,a little above 67.But if he open my file early than I will get a letter in negative.

Am I correct?

BTW,
Does anyone say with utmost surety,how many points 3 years undergraduate degree will fetch?

I may have got this wrong but it appears that when you submit your application and an IO reviews it, if it does not contain your IELTS paper then they will judge the application without it and award points based on what the IO thinks is your competence level in English. A very hit or miss situation to be in. An IO cannot argue with a test score.

You can only hope that you get your IELTS score in BEFORE your application is reviewed. Changes to the way immigration process the applications now, do not allow the IELTS score to be sent at a later date. Plus Canada is becoming stricter on language requirements in line with other Western Countries, they may well change the minimum score requirements some time soon (this is being talked about by the Canadian Government at the moment) which will then demand a much higher level of English language competence in the future.

Personally, I would advise everyone to get their IELTS score now.
