I am going to file visa 3rd and final time pls go through my documents......

Dear friends this is my last chance to file visa...
I already mention my situation through this forum...I got rejection for my visa past 2 time one was in Sept. 2011 intake for Masters in Infrastructure protection and International Security...and second one was in this time for Lambton college for Industrial and Project Management..... Both time rejection letter state that "You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the .............
your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employement......."

This time I want to clear this quotes and need visa....

So I am going to check my chance once more time....This time I am going for Business Management course (International intake)...
I did my Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering....

Pls go through my documents if anything is missing pls inform me to add to my documents....I need your humble advice this time.....

1.10th mark sheet
2.12th mark sheet
3. B.tech all 4 years mark sheets
4. B.tech Transcript
5. IELTS mark sheet
6. All experience certificate and offer letter from Dubai and India
7. Recommendation letter from employer side.
8. Offer letter from Lambton
9. TT slip of Lambton
10. Paid slip from Lambton
11. Primavera Course certificate
12. French course certificate
13. Bank loan letter
14. IT return of my dad
15. Reference letter from dad
16. letter from your dads employer that he was working in that organization
17. Birth certificate
18. Passport xerox copy....
19. Colour copy of medical certificate....
20. CV

Pls help me if any documents that I want to add to this list pls mentioned below. I need visa this time......I am waiting for your replay....

I think civil engineering and business mgt is a different course altogether (course mismatch! u should have gone for engineering courses) unless your SOP will explain more and convince the VO why the course is relevant to your future employment. also the content of the recommendation letter from your employer should not praise you too well, u can even copy paste it here for public review. (it should be precise and concise, specifically why they want you to acquire more knowledge in Canada, bearing in mind that there's still room for you to work with them when you complete your study) in addition, your father's reference letter should only focus on why he want to sponsor you to further your education in Canada. As this is your third attempt, make a very strong SOP this time regarding your chosen course so that it won't look as if you are just picking courses just to get admitted in order to get Visa. (show that you have passion in this new course) Good luck.. wait for more advice from senior members

@ thanks emmaco this time I make strong SOP stating importance of this course, its need in my future work and all....One more doubt I have total 5 years or work experience in the field of civil engineering so taking business management course is miss match....because anyone can take business management course after acquiring work experience is it.....

I also had rejection for may 2012 intake in spp for business course at lambton college Toronto..then now again I filed visa for September 2012 intake at lambton college sarnia in general category and I got rejection the both the rejection reasons were same saying that :-
You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada after your authorized stay because :-

Your proposed studies are not reasonable and all.....

I am no expert but i feel that there is still course miss match..
An engineering student going to pursue a business degree does not sound right..
Try doing a course related to engineering or btech like something in non medical..
Again i am no expert just a general opinion

I think it is pretty ok for engg. Grad fo take up management course.....i got admitted in univ of calgary in their mba program and my visas are also stamped.......just show enough funds.....also vo write an ything in rejection...they have some standard formats...order caips u will get to know the exact reason

honestly i would suggest you to go to some good agents or something to consult... try Canadian university application center...they deal with specific universities, you will have to apply to one of their universities ...dont charge a single penny go see them in private, pretty helpful people....
OR see Canam
or The Chopras
go to as many agents you can book an appointment ask them if they would charge something or not...if not go and talk to them...go to as many people you can before filing your visa also don't be in a hurry for filing the visa...
just go talk to as many people you can...take their advise what course to take?
