I am engaged and i have OINP nomination with 600 points. Can i get married?

I seek one suggestion if you could suggest me.

My situation is i have received nomination with 600 points in my account. I am in Canada on work permit which expires next month.

I am engaged and my fiancé is backhome India. What is the best way for me to get married and get both of us PR?

Some suggest i should make a quick visit and get register marriage and come back and change my status to married and apply for both of us. Some say this may cause suspicious act that why got married as soon as i received oinp?

If you could share any of your valuable advice would be highly appreciated.

Hey, were you able to resolve your situation? I have a similar situation, my PNP application is in progress, and I have a fiancé of 1 year.
