You don't need a Canadian connection. 75% guys here are all not Canada based. Your profile looks good. You just need a good IELTS score and you have a great chance just like any regular candidate would have.

I have applied through express entry and got a total of 438 points. In December received an Invitation to Apply for Ontario Provincial Nominee Program and submitted all my papers. Results should be out by March and I am currently stressed and do not know what are the chances of being accepted. Can you please advise how the assessment is taking place ?
By the way, I am single, 26 years old with 3 years of experience and currently working in a multinational company. I have a degree in Industrial Engineering but never got the chance to work or study in Canada. In terms of connections; I have a family member (not first degree relative) who is currently in Ontario doing permanent residency and have a Canadian Married friend.

I seriously don't know if that would be enough for me to be accepted ! Anyone can help ?
