I am in canada as Permanent resident.
How many days i need to stay before i apply for citizenship ?

I am in canada as Permanent resident.
I have already cleared license in my profession for USA.
Employer in USA ( Buffalo , NY) are ready to file for my H1B.

My question :
1) Can I work in USA while staying in CANADA. ( I have PR for Canada and would have H1B for USA , So legally no issue )
2) Can I stay on Canada-USA border and work in USA ?
3) If I stay in Niagra fall , Canada from where buffalo is around 30 miles , can I transit daily ?( Is it viable option )
4) Most important - What about my citizenship of canada ? If I go for work 5 days/week to usa then how it would be calculated ?
5) For citizenship I need to be in CANADA for 1000 days in 5 years . In this case if i commute daily back to canada how this would be calculated .

Immediate help required as employer is asking if he can file H1b

Don't know about the rest but I have no idea where you got the 1000 days figure from. You will need 1460 days in 6 years. I'm assuming that you would not qualify for the current rule of 1095 days in 4 years.

4 out of 6 years you need to stay in Canada after PR.
