Please tell me the difference between Fast Track, Federal Skilled Workers Program and AEO.

As I have applied for Fast Track Program, Federal Skilled Workers and also have the Employment offer along with the HRDC approval valid till December 2009.

I have just sent me papers to Sydney and want to know that can i show that employment in Fast Track Program.

There is no immigration program called Fast Track.

There is a Federal Skilled worker program that has 3 categories and you have to qualify under one of them to apply.

Category 1: you have 1 or more years experience in one of the 38 most wanted occupations sometime in the last 10 years
Category 2: you have an AEO
Category 3: you are working or studying in Canada for 12 months or more at the time you apply

If you have an AEO, you can use it for points for FSW and you can also use it to qualify to apply under Category 2 as well as you may also be able to use it to apply for a PNP in the province where the AEO is from.

Thanks Lean for the Prompt Help!

Basically i am a nurse having more then 10 years of experence along with the job offer and HRDC approval till Dec 2009.

I have been hired by Health Regions and have a open job offer and HRDC for Work visa. But my work visa was refused due to my over stay in USA. Now i have applied for PR under 38 Catagory List but just wondering if i can use same paper work for this purpose as they all are valid yet.

Please suggest as best of you knowledge!

Regards

For work visa, you get an LMO. For immigration you get an AEO. Not exactly the same piece of paper, see http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/supperimm.shtml

However, if your employer got an LMO easily, then it should not be a problem to apply for and get an AEO which you can use for your immigration.
