You need a good lawyer buddy. the way se27 works is Division notifies Minister of the possible integrity issues on your claim. Some of that i came across are copy paste Basis of Claims by changing names, location and dates. You need to know and read your BOC, poke all holes before your hearing. You need to overcome that before resumption of your hearing

Thats exactly what he did in my case most of my BOC is not accurate at all. I had no knowledge at a time of application so I did whatever he said. Upon asking he was getting no where but same point he always says we just needed time for your stay in canada. Should I present a new BOC via new lawyer? Or just face hearing by myself without representative?
Thank you for all help.

I would personally not show up without representation. In my opinion you need to bring a really good lawyer with you.

The issue is that even if a representative (lawyer, consultant) assist you with your application, IRCC still ultimately holds you responsible for what's in it.

I'm from punjab India. I have no idea how I can prove that tbh.but they have whole drug racket across country. I think I need to talk to lawyer about all this and see what we can do. In addition most Sikh lives are always in danger after the Sikh genocide in 1984

Very complicated cases like that need a reputable lawyer ( You will pay a lot ). Documents to prove it is a must. With no documents ( You are just fighting with the Gov, which is taking you no where ). Make sure you have good chunks of $$. Also, many Muslims in India have been prosecuted from SIKH and it took years for my friend to proof it ( He had scars on his body from torturing ).

AND IT IS NOT QUITE RARE. AS OTHERS PRESUMED .
Good luck!

If you change your Basis of Claim, they will charge you with s26 if im not mistake, it says if your BOC is changed by over 50% from originally presented, that is serious integrity…Buddy, lawyer up!!

I have several questions regarding my asylum claim. I came in 2012 on student visa, I dropped studies in 2016 and was out of status till 2019 august that’s when I applied refugee claim on someones suggestion. Consultant who did claim of my refugee added false information in basis of claim story and also missed 3 hearing dates without informing me. He couldn’t prove what he presented and left my claim as is. I attended a hearing and told board members about what position i am in and they sent me integrity letter stating rule27. I am struggling with this mess up done by some greedy consultant and don’t have any idea what to do to get legal status back? I will be obliged if you can suggest any way out of this. Thank you for taking time.
Assume there is a good chance you are India. In general it is tough to get asylum from India but the fact that you’ve been in Canada since 2012 makes it even more difficult to prove current risk of persecution. Do you have proof that your life is in danger if you return anywhere in India?

If minister declines to intervene on my integrity issue, can Memeber still deny my claim based on the said issue?
Members are independent but their decision are based on the fact. If proven to be integrity but Minister wish NOT to intervenee, still Member can give negative decision. Not all Negative Decision based on the integrity have Minister intervention

No I don’t have any proof of that. Whole thing was made up by that consultant.

I suggest you talk to these guys I put the link below, they are located in Vancouver BC and I don't know if they take it as you are in a different province but there is Virtual meetings too, I recommend you check them out and see if they accept your case. I have worked with them and they are amazing.
