I tried reading this a few times and could not quite understand what you are getting at.

Your bedridden father, mother, and brother want to visit you in Canada? And you are asking if you can apply for their travel visas?

That seems a bit complicated. I would contact an immigration consultant so you can get the best advice. In general, when applying for parent sponsorship, you can apply for both your parents at the same time I think. If your brother is underage, then you can sponsor him as well.

I would think the fathers condition would make him medically inadmissible.
Travel insurance would likely be impossible to get anyway and why with such an injury would anyone want to face up to a long flight added to the risk of issues/complications when in the country given the condition has existed for such a long time . The OPs father may even need a medical clearance note from doctor to show to the airline to enable travel. Explaining the purpose of visit given especially the OP only been a student in country for 6 months also a challenge I would think .

OP has been posting this in all the other forums too. Seems like he is an international student and is neither a PR it Canadian so parental sponsorship is not what we are talking about here.

Question 1 of the background information for a TRV would probably be a non-starter as well. I don't see how you could get the father here without issues.

Being that you are on student Visa, you can't sponsor your parents or get them a super-visa.
A TRV would have a high likelyhood of being declined.
Sorry

Oh right, he's a student. Yeah then there is no way to sponsor them. You have to be a citizen or permanent resident.

A TRV would have a high likelyhood of being declined because of the health issues not being a student.

Students get TRV for parents all the time.
