Hi,

I am Permanent Resident, i wanna apply can I apply for Visitor Visa for my parents, cause buying 1 year insurance for my father and mother is too expensive for me....along with that I also wanna apply for a visitor or tourist visa for my sister.

she is unmarried and take cares of my parents and manage our family business back home, In wanna invite them to my Birthday this January. they will stay for month and than go back.

is it possible or should I look for something else....

Generally, birthdays are not considered as compelling reasons to visit. They can certainly apply for regular visitor visas/TRVs.

As all of them intend to travel together (again, generally not advisable), each of them must demonstrate their individual strong ties to their home country

Thanks for the reply... I wanna explain in the invitation letter that its been 5 years i have celebrated my birthday with my familiy and I have been living in Canada alone, do I need to send 3 separate invitation letters or just one is okay for all of them? and do I need to notorize it?
