someone told me if we use an agency there in the Philippines its almost most likely to be approved, why is that???????

my guess is because they understand what paperwork is needed to get her approved. as we have all suggested, it's more about proving HER PARENTS abillity to support her, not yours. Also, it seems the length of her visit can be in an issue too, as other threads suggests asking for monthly stays will be denied a lot quicker.

It is NOTHING to do with getting visa. Agency will fill forms for you- that is all.

Do you think if i invite her mother too that will help?

Yes, I think so.

About kids travelling alone- I was not talking about "flying alone" but about the purpose of a 7 yr old kid to travel to Canada alone if she has traveled nowhere with her parents.(from VO point of view)
