Most professionals are not interested in sharing a bedroom and most landlords are not interested in renting a studio or 1 bed to 2 people who are not a couple.

Hence the post, incase some like minded Male with similar preferences is unable to find an en-suite at an affordable budget. With the current scenario I’m WFH.

Your posts read that you wanted to split a studio or 1 bedroom so you may want to change the title.
