Wow, I guess there are tiny loopholes people will always attempt to fit through. I guess it could be done though as long as too many questions on the residency are addressed (Leon's comment about who is accompanying who). I just hope I don't ever choose to live in a different country away from my husband with my child for years. My relationship wouldn't make it!
