I'm currently a PR in Canada, sponsoring my husband in Nigeria. His application is currently in Accra, Ghana. His Medical results have been received according to the status of his application. It has been 2 months since the status update, please how much longer do we have to wait before a final decision is made?

Overall processing times are generally 12 months for spousal sponsorship applications. You should calculate those 12 months from the date you first submitted your application. The medical is not the final step - there are also background and security checks to complete.
