Hello everyone! I have been reading constantly in this forum almost everyday this is the 3rd time I posted a question hopefully someone can answer my query accurately and whole heartedly.
Here's my thing, I worked in Canada under the semi skilled category for almost 2 yrs due to untimely manner my contract ended and decided to go back home soon as I've learnt about it so, this just mean I never intended and never cross my mind to lenghten my stay in Canada. When I got back here at my home country, I work for couple of years then, finally settled down and also thought stop working and just be a plain homemaker. Now we are blessed to have our very first baby in which I am now on my 2nd trimester however, a few months ago we received another great news where my husband was being hired by an employer in Alberta under the skilled B category and now he already have his LMO and we are just awaiting for his employment contract soon as he'll have it, we will immediately start applying his Temporary Work Permit (TWP).
Our future baby and I wanted to join him under the application of Spousal Open Work Permit (OWP) and for our baby we will submit a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), my question is, How high do you guys think are our chances to receive a positive approval visa since I have previously experienced working in Canada? Suggestions are acceptable. Please advise us any positive views. Looking forward to hear from someone here to answer me back. Thank you.
