husband TN status and wife PR how she apply visa

My husband in Usa TN status ( Canadaian citizen) my two kids 2 years and 6 month old are canadian . right now I am in Canada PR Status want to join my husband. How I apply Visa for USA.

Thanks but you just send me the US Visa weblink I didn't my answer from.
I need TD visa on behalf of my husband TN his company provide us all relevant required documents letter , paystub etc . I just want to know how I apply should I book online oppintment or when I will be on Border that time they give us TD visa as my husband get TN at the time he is on US border.
