hi everyone.
i am a 29 years old army officer from pakistan. my wife has applied for "early learning and child care certificate" from bow valley college calgary. she wants to start her own day care center in pakistan.
i do not want to waste 1 year just sitting at home and taking care of the kids. so i have also applied for business administration professional certificate from bow valley college.
now, i have a few questions:
(a) should my wife and i apply for visa separately or together as a family with our two daughters included in the visa application?
(b) if i apply as a separate applicant, is it necessary to show that my wife has also applied?
(c) is it possible that the whole family goes to canada, my wife studies for 1 year, then i start my 1 year studies? (although i would not want to do this because then we'll have to spend two years there instead of one)
i have no intentions of staying in canada as i have a respectable job here. and funds are also not an issue (fortunately dad has given me a lot). my unpaid leave from army has also been approved with effect from Aug, 2011.
