I got an offer letter for sept 2019. I think the program that you have chosen must be very competitive. Anything with the word IT or Nursing is either closed or waitlisted in Humber so you can understand the competition faced.

Can you please tell me that mechanical engineering technician is competitive or not

You can google Humber program availability and if your program is closed or waitlisted them or is competitive.

Tuition fee depends on the program. If you want SDS you will have to pay the full year. The college accepts per semester as well but you will not get faster processing.
