Well i personally think that he actually misguided you......Humber college fulfill the complete requirement of the CHC....however if someone applies directly to university its make the case more strong...but as far as these PGDs are concern ..i think Humber is not a bad option.....lets see what others have to say....

i did not say its a bad choice...yup u r ryt if u get LOA from uni then it would make ur case more stronger!

Absolutely agree with you Tania..but unfortunately i have searched alot for Post graduate specialization diplomas in different universities but haven't come across any university which offer these PGDs........

if you know any university which offer PGds at affordable price....... please put the links or names here........

regards

@ug83 try to stick with the university programs as the probability of getting visa for college courses is 50/50 from Pakistan.
I remember you were applying for UoR, i think you should go for MPA program through UoS.

I have applied under HUMBER, waiting for medical these days. I agree that universities do put positive impact on VO, but it's still not 100% that you will get visa. So, if you are unable to find your course in University (like I din't able to find it, i.e., Project Management), than go ahead with colleges. But make sure it is listed in Opportunities Ontario (If going to Ontario, check other provinces site for their recognized institutes) website to confirm your institute. It will help you get Work Permit after completing education.

one person in forum was rejected visa recently
