hi,
in my case there are three factors for H&C grounds

1. financial crisis
2. loss of confidence by doing survival jobs and also not get survival jobs continue
3. my daughter's interest in canadian education more than my home country's education

my PR card will expire on 7th may 2016 and we stayed only one month. we left canada on 26th april 2011.i know for report and then appeal for not completing 730 days. is it ok above factors for H&C ground if being reported by immigration officer? this is complete and honest truth.

with hope

Unfortunately none of the things you have listed are grounds for renewing your PR card under H&C. Financial and education reasons are not accepted as H&C factors by CIC.

A good reason would be you were taking care of your mother or father who has cancer. This is considered a good H&C ground. Most people do that and it works 99% of the time. Speak to a doctor and ask if he can write something up to make it look genuine.

None of the reasons you quoted qualify for H&C......As far as your mothers sickness goes, it depends on how severe it was and if CIC believes that your physical presence was required with her

How old is your daughter--did she recently turn 18 or close to it? If so, she can apply for PRTD saying that she was a minor and that she had no choice but to go back with you even though she did not want to. In this situation she will atleast be able to keep her PR

Hello chetankumar,

It's very unfortunate that you lost your Canadian PR but just remember that PR is a privilege that also comes with obligations.
You were given an opportunity to make Canada your home and for whatever reason you didn't.
Canada cannot accept everyone, the immigration system is overwhelmed, so room has to be made for others who do intend to make a life and make contributions here.
