I'm an international student presently doing a bachelor's degree at a Canadian university. I suffer from bipolar disorder and OCD due to which I'm forced to study part-time. I hope to complete my degree next year but am uncertain of whether I will get a post-grad work permit and/or a job after that due to my disability. I also come from a relatively poor country that does not have a social support system for people with disabilities. Would I be able to apply for Canadian permanent residency on humanitarian and compassionate grounds?

What are my chances, based on previous applicants?

And I just realized that this has been posted in the wrong section; please move it to the appropriate sub-forum.

No one here gets to make those decisions. Some will say it’s incredibly difficult, other will say it isn’t that difficult. Statistics indicate slightly less than 50% are approved, but the total number of applicant that get to that point is small. Again, H&C is for exceptional circumstances.....truly exceptional. Not just for those who don’t like the reality that faces them. I suggest you do some more reading.
