I have applied application for leave judicial review in federal court, how long it will take to reply for federal court decision.
Any one has any experience ....

I need yall help to confirm a piece of vital information about H & C application. I will start my given yall a timeline of my application. Below is my timeline
Below are my questions
1) Since my timeline has changed to "processing " on the 6th of Feb, should I be expecting my medical instructions anytime soon?
2) Can you give me a time range to expect my medical instruction?
2) How is medical instruction sent? via email or mail?
3) Is there any way to ensure my medical instruction is sent via email? I would prefer email to mail so that I can access it in time to respond to it..Mail takes longer and sometimes can get lost or in some cases, I might not be aware it in my mailbox.
Hope to get a response.

- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 2, 2020.
- We started processing your application on February 6, 2021.

My brother came to Canada as student in 2011.
Due to high score of express entry, we decided to consult someone .that consultant in 2016 win our trust we started our application with him.
Now in 2021, everything messed up big time but recording immigration touched.
My whole family is here and we don't want him to go back. Now we are thinking to apply for H&C,
What should I do.
With H&C, are he eligible to get work permit till application decisions made.

Based on your previous posts you applied in 2019. Is this another application? What family visas? Are they not in Canada?
No - it's not possible.
They must travel to Canada first on a TRV or super visa. Once they are physically in Canada, they can apply for PR through H&C.
