OP already tried to land and was refused due to the charges.

I wasn't refused, I was told to bring them the court verdict, the officer even stamped my passport and singed my COPR but I had to disclose the charges. I could have landed without disclosing the charges but you never you know down the road. The officer even landed my spouse even thought I'm the principle applicant.. this just show you how cic employees really experience. But as i'm honest >:( I was stupid enough to tell the officer that my spouse can't be landed before the principle applicant!

Is there a minimum fund available for humanitarian application? Or no funds needed?

So far, I didn’t have to pay any funds since its just argument

Just an update, cic asked for RCMP record, finger prints and a new Schedule A (IMM5669) for both myself and spouse.

Is this positive?

Certainly SOUNDS positive. They are likely looking to see the disposition of your charge.

Has your case been finalized? Or are you still in court proceedings?

Can anyone tell please me where to get RCMP Criminal Record Check: provide a certified criminal record check?

I called Ottawa police and they didn’t give me useful info. Do I have to go to different places since they want fingerprints?

I have already done my fingerprints and photo prior to court trail (March 2014)? Can this be used? Or new one is advisable?

Thank you

E-case was showing decision made since I had my COPR and was asked to submit court verdict ( got convicted) now case has changed to In Progress. hopefully some positive news

Stop wasting your time calling, somce you are in Canada, just go to the nearest police station and get it done. They will take your fingerprint electronically and since you are charged, it will take 120 days or more to receive the certificate, meanwhile you should notify cic that you need more time to get the police certificate so they stay up to date.

Some small police stations are not equipped to take your fingerprints.
I did it outland through an accredited company listed at the rcmp website "xl id solution".
Heres the accredited companies http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/who-can-conduct-criminal-record-check#ac

You can go to them and do the process electronically which is way faster.
