I’m curious....how many times can you apply for H&C? This all seems completely ridiculous that after being denied you can just apply again. Let’s hope IRCC/CBSA follow up with a departure order and removal.

We included my brother in the H&C application because he was 21 at a time when we applied, he depended on his parents. Yes I am happy that they approved visitor record extension for my parents even thou they rejected H&C application. My hope is that this time will be different and that immigration officer will be fair as a previous one just said there is not enough grounds for PR to be granted.We want all my family to reunite and have my parents be with their grandchildren. I trust in the Lord and pray for a miracle.

How long after you were refused the first H&C did you apply for the 2nd H&C? Many embassies will not renew passports unless you currently have status in Canada. Not sure if they will count implied status but if they are refused the extension that could be an issue. Something to follow-up with your home country embassy.

We submited H&C application August 2019. This is the second time we are doing H&C application. They havent started looking application yet. First time we submited H&C application in August 2018, they asked for the medicals to be done, we submited everything and they refused us after 9 months.Reason not enough sufficient factors for PR to be granted. This is what the wrote in the letter. So we decided to try again and submit another H&C application.

Same thing happened to me after 8 months from passed medical then they refused for the same reason

Are you curious really? Aren’t you? You know how many times I will apply for H&C second, third , fourth time until I get PR without appeal for JR so now you still curious!!??? And I dare you if you have power and authority to lifting TSR hhahha

Why should they go the regular routes available everyone else does to live in Canada , when they have the H&C route at their disposal ?
Obviously the end goal is to have the whole family live in Canada together , without going thru the many routes to apply , and possibly be refused, as they already were once

Okay so I will apply second , third , fourth even fifth until I get PR and without any application to federal court I will just keeping sending same application, are you still curious

Canuck and Schylla before they advised me that getting medical request doesn’t mean your application will approve , yuppp they are right but meanwhile both they misguided people on this platform so be careful cause both are very rude same like my caseworker hhhhhh

So why you are expecting me to get my English better??? I don’t understand why
As many times I told you I don’t care your fucking language
English is a colonial language
If you expect me that way then I expect you to speak multiple languages like ; Tamil, Dari, Arabic but you are not because English people are lazy they just known one language
