Hello,

I am moving from California to Montreal. Human resources can be very lucrative in the US, but I am wondering if it is as lucrative in Quebec?

I have an MBA. Do you think I'll have any luck or do you think my MBA might make it harder? Any suggestions are very welcome.

Are you already a fluent French speaker?

Salaries in USA are higher than salaries in Canada. This is across most industries.

no, Sadly still working on it :( But even if I don't arrive with good French, I am still curious about whether it's a good idea to continue in the field or not once I do become fluent.

You would need good knowledge of French since you are considering Montreal. This will be your biggest disadvantage. If it was in any other part of Canada, finding opportunities would not be an issue.

What is the scope of HR diploma in Canada? I'm planning to pursue Ontario post graduate certificate in Human Resource management from seneca college.
What are the Job possibilities?

Low. Employers are typically looking for a degree and the CHRP certification.

You need to do a course you are interested in. You should not be doing a course based on what is hot right now.
