Hello People,

Could you please let me know how much time it takes for Ontario government to let us know if they have received a file and they will start processing the same. I called them and they said it can take 6 to 8 weeks.

Could you all share your time lines ?

-Received Ontario pt - Oct 2
-Sent and delivered documents on - Oct 24
-Awaiting response from them

Owing to huge number of applications, the OINP processing time has considerably slowed down
Acknowledgement - 8 weeks
Nomination (from acknowledgement) - 14 to 18 weeks

What should I expect ?

My application for OINP was received at there office on September 15th and still no AOR from there side.
Have sent them couple of emails but got no reply to them either.

So after the nomination you get the 600 points, and then you get ITA? This is a long process! Especially since they should be not processing any applications coming Dec+Jan.

Please let me know as I'm trying to judge whether I should bother responding to their letter of interest.
