I have done a huge mistake in my sop. I took a sample sop from internet and then edited it and submitted it. Then i noticed that there was a work experience issue. I had worked from in a industry and the sop had the other person's work experience with same time period. And i submitted my file today. What should i do?

hope for the best i would say but be prepared for the worst. because visa officers are well trained and they will know many things from your documents, writing and explanations. imagine that you have a thesis and you need to support your arguments with solid documentations and proofs.

also what kind of agent doesn't check the letter or documents before submitting.

If you downloaded a SOP from the 'net and edited few things to suit your situation, chances are the VO already know it's not your original writings, whether or not you forgot to edit out work experience.

I know how anxiety-laden this SP process is so I kinda feel bad for you, but you should have done better due diligence in cross-checking your stuff (I'm sure you know that already).

I hope this doesn't turn out to be a hard lesson learned for you. Good luck.

I've edited it to almost perfection man. I've got 8 bands in IELTS and I prepared it sop to almost perfection. Just forgot to mail it in hurry of collecting other documents. I've got a great profile too. But then, a single paragraph is going to ruin it all

There is an option called START AGAIN on "Documents submitted by the client" page. Do you want to check with your consultant what is that about?

Honestly opinion, if you got band 8 in IELTS, you should have written your own SOP instead of plagiarizing it.

I would withdraw the application and submit a new one, or maybe ask the agent if you can submit just new sop and override the 1st one

Everyone makes mistake, you are not the first or wont be the last... you had good intention, but caught in between documents submission. If you can override the SOP, thats better. Hope at the end everything will be okey.
