Huge delay in study permit extension

IRCC agent told me to write a letter to explain about the situation because every time I was calling them they always saying your situation is so unique , we never seen this type of case like my SP extension in under implied status, mean while I done with study , graduated from college , cannot work 20 hrs , cannot apply for work permit without study permit but then I applied for PGWP on implied status , So I wrote every thing about my situation .and wrote URGENT on top of envelope as advised by IRCC agent.What did you write in letter

I also sent them web form and got reply from them I wrote in web form that i have to go India on my brother’s marriage so it is urgent and i can send you plane ticket if you need to process my file fast and i got reply today they told me that “It will be at the responsible office's discretion to determine if the request is approved“ so should i send them ticket and wedding card and I’m also thinking to send transcripts with it as I don’t take any break in my study. So any advice from you guys. @NAVNII
And they told me that write down your situation in enquiry box. So it would effect to visa office. What you think?
you can send transcripts , sending wedding card and ticket does not look professional ,explain these things in inquiry box .Thanks for your update.
