What if the MP closest to me is the Minister of Finance of Canada LOL. Is it going to be worth contacting his office?

Ya that is the main reason . Me just changed one time . and some people who changed their college and not studied for one year ( just roaming here and there ) they all received 3 years work permit , IRCC is not fair here

You should report others who have received PGWP incorrectly.

An MP is mostly going to call and find out the status of your application. They have no control of what actually happens. If your processing times are similar than your friends it is unfortunately a waiting game.

But problem is my visa is expired.I have to exit Canadian border and enter into USA and then if they did not allow me to re enter.

It does sound like your case is a bit more complex than just an e tension so that can create longer processing times. Knowing your permit would expire before graduation you should have applied earlier like when you started your program.

I applied more 2 months before the expiry date of my study permit . My permit expiry was 30 November 2019 , I applied for SP extension on 24 sept 2019.My student visa was valid upto 31 december 2019 so I cannot get visa stamping on passport until I will got SP extension.

just by mail , office is not open to public , no Phone number contact.
