But I don’t think in your case you need to talk to them anymore, you can re-apply and state your case in separate sheet of paper

Mine application is “Family sponsorship” yours is “study permit” you can call them and use that dialing options 2-1-1-0 to speak to cic agents

Mine was refused as they said my CAQ (needed in Quebec) was expired. But in fact they take 3 and half months to process my SP extension, and my CAQ was expired during their long processing time... (CAQ just expired 5 days)...

I only need just several days to go to the border to replace my PGWP, but they refused me, and now I lose my status...

Is it possible I argue with them? Any chance?

I have the situation like you, I applied for study permit extension on August 31, when my previous student permit was valid for the three months as per the CAQ, but now the CAQ expired on the end of November and I'm no longer a student, would you please share that what you did after refusal letter.

Guys, I applied for my SP extension on September 19th still haven’t heard back from cic. Few of my friends applied on 28th September and already got their approval last week. I’m worried coz my study permit expires today (nov 30). Anyone facing the same issues?

Hi, I have not got any update on my SP extension still. Applied on September 19th. However the processing time now shows they are processing applications from October 2nd. I applied way back then oct 2nd have not heard anything. I’m worried! Anyone facing the same issue? Or not got heard back on applications before September 19th?

Hello guys
I applied my study permit extension application on April 23 2018, still I am waiting for approval. I got a message in my online account that my application transferred to Edmonton local office cic. My study permit is already expired on May 31 2018. And today when I called CIC they told me I have to wait for 5 months.My other two friends applied on May 15 thru got approved 2 days back.

Did you received anything? Its the same case and i am still waiting.
