I had to face the very same problem. I don't think we can do anything about it, all we can do is just write our issue in so called "CASE SPECIFIC INQUIRY" and we don't get any reply from them either.

You know I just figured out that if you write "dmp portal gic ca" it displays case spefic enquiry's link at the top. Maybe that link is an alternate of dmp portal gic ca but, what's the benefit if we don't get any reply from them!

Guys if you need to contact New Delhi Regional Medical Office (RMO), for example medical furtherance inquiries, email them at this address:
