Happy new year! Im planning to land on Feb 24th, so pls send me details of any relocation services. There's no one I know there! Btw where should we disclose details of any property that we hold back home? TEll me if u have info on that.

i do not have idea about any relocation service provider, few days back i came across this relocation service provider on net so i posted here for the information purpose....you can contact them and ask them about their charges, at least it will be helpful for you to compare the prices with other relocation service providers....

about disclosing the property, u don't need to disclose your property details, you just need to disclose the things that you carry in Canada...if there are any goods to follow after your landing, you should disclose that too....but i don't see any reason for disclosing the property details....

i understand your concern that may be after 1 or 2 year you sell your properties here in India than you might be not clear with the tax impact you may have for bringing the money in Canada in-lien of selling the properties. Some useful thoughts from seniors can be sought for this issue...
