HSWP - missing dependents

I submitted a application in 2021 where I did include a TRV application for my children.
Me and my husband got the work permit but no other document has come for my children. When I call IRCC they say that there is no application, when I have copies as proof of payment.
Any suggestions on what I can do now?
should I submit another trv application?
Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.

I did check but as we know that’s not always the right time. Wanted to see what other people have experienced

You don’t even say what country you are from so no one can comment on processing times. Assume you will get answer after processing times and if you get it before that then you are fortunate.
