I am from Pakistan and need some information about getting documents attested by WES which I am not sure at the moment how to resolve it or whether it is needed or not. I will go step by step, so that understanding it becomes easy.
I have my SSC & HSSC detail mark sheet. I went to my respective board and got its photocopies attested, then I went to IBCC and gave them the sealed envelope and after which they attested & stamped my degree plus photocopies. I got a sealed envelope from IBCC with those photocopies ready to be sent to WES.
Just a few days ago, I was searching for the WES evaluation process and I came across a piece of information mentioned here in the section of "Evaluations for Secondary School Credentials" where it is written that only HSSC is needed and it should be attested by respective board + IBCC.
My question is, when I got the attested copies from the respective board, only after that IBCC attested and now that I have IBCC attested photocopies in a sealed envelope, why the respective board stamp is needed? or can I send the IBCC sealed envelope to WES?
