I am new here and new to the process as well, I have an experience letter with roles & responsibilities but there is no contact detail on the letter (Phone number or email-address). I asked them to add the phone number & email address of the HR on the letter but they refused to do so.
This is all in their ex employees portal, its not in an email. what do you all think my next step should be?

Note: I have a few letters from 2018 when I left the company that does have contact information of HR but I am not sure if they are still working there or not.
Previous letters:
Masked HR's name & Phone number, Please help me out guys! I have heard I will have to write a LOE, furthermore this is one of their response which basically says that CIC representative that reviews my case will have to open a ticket on my companys website for work verification and employment but will they really go to all that trouble? Instead of a plain call or an email?
"Please note we do not provide employment verification letter to our ex-employees directly instead you can ask the service provider/Third party who requires this to raise a HR Connect ticket using below link. https://dxchr.service-now.com/csp Please ask them to share DXC experience letter & manually signed letter of authorization from you by attaching it to the ticket."
