HR not cooperating

Hello All,

I have worked as a part time employee in a university for 15 months and I was paid cash.

My faculty is ready to give me the certificate but they have no authority to mention that I was paid. HR department does not take responsibility for part time employee therefore they have refused to give me any letter.

What should I do in this case?

Do you have pay slips? A tax return?

we do not have to give tax in UAE . I do not have any slips but HR will have it. they are not helping me in anything.

Is it a good idea to write on a paper that the HR isnt cooperating and they can call and check with the faculty themselves?
