Yes employer can call TFW program helpline number. They can provide the information on the file.

But i heard they just not giving any information only saying your file is currently under processing is this true or do they give accurate information ?

This could be a reason why LMIA are taking longer than normal, just maybe that’s a reason. That the Government has to ensure that no Canadian can fill a job before it’s offered to a foreign national .
