Hows centennial ?

I don't know if its true or not but I heard that it is hard to get a co-op jobs from GTA colleges. My friend did GBM from humber college. He had co-op for his course too but couldn't able to get it. In fact, most of his classmates couldn't able to get co-op. What I feel is that students in sask and alberta colleges have more percentage of students who get co-ops and eventually which helps to land up a good permanent job.

I agree 100% and the guy who advised me also said similar thing but it's hard to find part time jobs in sask and also need to have personal vehicle.
Alberta is going through hard times now : fire and Oil and gas industry which is already in shambles. The domino effect in Alberta has taken
toll on other industries as well. Cheers

Actually its not that hard to find a part-time job or even a permanent job. I didn't think of anyone in my friend circle who didn't get a part-time if he/she was willing to do. Also, if someone can get a co-op, they don't have to bother about part-time jobs as co-op jobs pay way more compared to part-time jobs. Overall, if someone will think of a bigger picture probably, sask would be a better option as per co-ops and permanent job opportunities..

I guess you are right, Sask is better choice but the course that I wanted to do was available only in GBC, Sheridan and Centennial, so chose
GBC. Let's see what happens next. Cheers.

I am also going to Centennial college for FOOD SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY.
IT is a very good college and beautiful&peaceful environment but i have listen that part time jobs are less in Scarborough,

How is this program? Job opportunities etc..
What is your qualifications?
