How would CIC identify EE spaming

Imagine someone created a robot to make up fake applicant profiles and spam the EE pool, what would be CIC's strategy to screen through the faulty profiles?

this is a problem that we are all concerned right now. However, once the "fault" applicant got the ITA but cant provide valid documents as they said in the profile, they will be prohibited to apply ever again. This is what I've heard from a lawyer

My concern is that these faulty profiles do not even care about ITA. They are just spammers with fake of everything...

There is a 5 year ban for faking profiles, I suppose it's not forever.

But yes, many of us here (and myself) are concerned how little CIC did to stop spammers entering.

I am just trying to evaluate how spammer is going to impact the system and when should I go ahead to sign up.
If there system is not robust enough your profiled might be poisoned somehow as well so there is a non-trivial risk.

They have invested huge amount of dollars to develop this system,
I think they are more conscious about the security of the system than us.

What about IELTS test ID? Is it also required?

have you tried to add bogus ECA report number - is the system validating the imported information?

IELTS report ID is required as well.
I did not try to mess up with my profile but bogus ECA numbers will not go through eventually, because CIC has instantaneous database access to those numbers.
