Hello! I recently discovered that I put both my family name and given name under family name on the imm1294 form. And I put both family name and given name under given name when I registered the account as shown on the biometric instruction letter. Should I use webform to address these issues or should I just withdraw my application and submit a new one?

use a webform and be careful filling information, there are separate fields for a reason
