Hi Friends I need your valuable suggestion regarding calculation of my Foreign work experience. Please find below my previous work exp with dates mentioned:

Foreign work experience:
Company A - June 9, 2014 - May 3, 2017 (NOC 2173) ( 2 years, 11 months) --- [Job 1]
Company B - May 25, 2017 - July 29, 2017 (NOC 2173) (2 months, 4 days) --- [Job 2]
Caandian work exp:
Sep 16, 2019 - Present (NOC 2173) (will be completing 1 year of canadian exp in next month) -- [Job 3]

Can i count my first job as 3 years of Foreign work experience though i have only 2 years 11 months on expereince letter. Or should i include reference letter from Company B also to claim my 3 years of exp. All the three jobs are same NOC code. I am in confused state on how to claim my 3 years of work exp. Include only job1 in EE profile to claim 3 years or do i need to include both the jobs 1 &2 to claim 3 years of exp.

Please help me guys!!

Company A + Company B > 3 Years. Ofc you can claim 3 years based on these two

Hi Experts.

I would be grateful if you could help me with this. Here is my working experience:
Company A:
From Sep 17th, 2019 to March 15th, 2020: Part-time title but work 40 hours per week.
Then they shut down until now and they don't know when to reopen because of COVID-19 so I have to find the second job and still waiting for them to call back.
Company B:
From August 1st, 2020 until August 1st, 2021: Full-time

So when I apply for CEC, are they gonna combine the hours from 2 companies? If they combine then when do I have enough hours to apply for CEC?

Hi experts, could someone please help me out in my query? It will be great. my Question is
I have started working as a full time employee in June 2019 but after four months started getting part time hours which is from October 2019 to March 2020. Due to COVID 19, I got laid off and started again in July 2020 to till date full time with the same employer.
Can I mention 3different work experiences

first full time (June 2019- September 2019)

Second part time (October 2019-March 2020)

third full time ( July 2020- till date)

but I can getan experience letter saying these 3 different scenarios.
Is it okay to do it or I have to do something else?

Yes you can mix full and part time experience . You have about 10months full and 6months part time I assume the part time hours are enough to make 2months equivalent full time work. You need 52 weeks of a minimum 30 hours per week or the equivalent hours of 1560 counting a maximum of 30 hours per week. If you had one employer a letter which includes an explanation of each period of employment should be acceptable.

You will need a letter from each employer and you can combine those employments as long as the jobs are qualifying NOC codes. I would estimate you would have enough full time equivalent work by the end of January 2021.

As far as i know, if u have 1560 hrs u are eligible to apply, calculate all the hours on yur paystub and see if its 1560.

In the requirements it says before yu apply for cec so they mean when u create profile i guess. I am not expert so u can ask someone before yu decline yur ita

Hi. I have a real life future scenario for my job. What if I worked from 26th June 2021 quit on 26th Feb 2022 (8 months) and was rehired back on April 2022 and continued my work til September 2022. Which would complete my 52 weeks work experience doing level B job. My company and title would remain the same.

Will that be ok for pr application?
