How work experience is calculated for PR

Hi All,
I would like to know how work experience is calculated for PR(or express entry profile). I am in Canada on Mar 10th 2022 but My official payroll started from April 1 2023. So Ideally If I calculate till April 1 2024, I will be completing one year in Canada.
But In Jan 2024, I went to my home country for a 4 weeks due to emergency, But I was working from my home country without any leave.
So will I be eligible for 1,560 hours of work experience (because my payroll was still in Canada) ??

The time you had spent outside won't count even though working for Canadian employer.
