How will we know if there is new requirement for this JULY 2012?

Where can we see the new requirement of paper to be sent to Canada this July 2012? When can we see it? Where?

We have the documents needed last year but it was full, so we will resubmit this year. Hoping 3152 registered nurse is still on the NOC...
