How we use TEF score to achieve our goal of 67 in Canada PR

Dear Members,
Plz tell me about the language proficiency in federal skilled program, i want to know about the calculation of points in the TEF if we lack in IELTS band score? For example someone requires 6.5 in writing and 6.5 in reading and 5.5 bands in listening and 5.5 in speaking.But he/she gets 6.5 in reading only and in others only 5.5, so i want to know can he go for TEF to fulfill his requirement and what level require to get atleast 2 points out of 67 in TEF?

The maximum score one can avail from Language is 24

Major - English = 16
Second - French = 8

Now you hv done with Eng

You need to learn French to get the required points.

French is not a difficult since i am also learning since last 2 months ( it will take 8 - 10 mths to target 8 points )

Can you tell me the level of TEF required to get 2 points in order to get complete my 67 points.

Dear brother,
I would like to say that you must complete 4 level as 1 to 4 from Alliance Francaise. It means French culture centre after that CIC will award you 2 or 4 point ,but must 2 points.
